1. Merchant of record

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for AmIUp. Your payment is processed by Paddle and refunds are handled by Paddle.

2. Digital services and cancellation rights

AmIUp is a digital service that becomes available immediately after purchase. By completing checkout, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has started, except where local law provides otherwise.

3. Refund window

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact Paddle support using the receipt or invoice email you received at purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
